Our Policies were created to aid in the transparency of service, scheduling, and communication between guest and artist. Please take a moment to review the following prior to reservation.

  • We offer both In-Salon + FaceTime Consultations for first time guests. Extension, Bleach + Tone, and Color Correction Consultations must be done In-Salon only.

  • Salon 26 North offers no charge on Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to appointment time. Any Cancellation, Reschedule, or No-Show made within 24 hour window of appointment time will result in a mandatory 50Percent Cancellation Fee. This is a non-negotiable, non-refundable and is not a deposit for future services.

    We highly recommend ensuring your availability prior to reservation.

  • Guests are required to request an edit to service within 48 hours departure from the salon. Guests are asked to make arrangements to be back in the salon a maximum of two weeks from the original service date.

  • All sales are final. Agreement to these terms is taken as acknowledged upon reservation of appointment.

  • Our team meets the ever-increasing needs of visibility in our industry by photographing or recording their work throughout the day. When booking with us, please understand that this is not meant to be an inconvenience, and we ask that if for any reason you would not like to be photographed - communicate that directly to your stylist.

    Content creators, or influencers, are asked to acknowledge how and when content created from their appointment will be used on their own platforms.
